Our experts can translate audio and video material with ease, including: documentaries, reports, conversations and presentations - provided of course that the quality of the audio is adequate. Presently, we can easily handle documents to and from English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Chinese Mandarin and Arabic – but more language combinations are always possible, so please ask if you require a different pairing. For each translation project, no fewer than two professional translators are actively involved.

The procedure for translating audio & video

First, You will need to send us the desired audio or video file either by post or e-mail. (Please use e-mail for faster completion of services. If standard mail services are utilized the sender is responsible for all shipping cost.)

Second, a qualified translator who is a native speaker of the source language will transcribe your audio/video file. This process guarantees perfect comprehension of the original file.

Third, a qualified and experienced translator will translate the transcribed document into the required language.

Fourth, if a certified translation of audio or video file is required your translation will be mailed to you. If a certified translation is not required we will e-mail the translation to the e-mail provided. (Please note the sender is responsible for the shipping costs.)
